Products Eligible for Return:
- Unopened and sealed packages of The Gaia organic herbs purchased within the last 3 days.
- Damaged or defective products upon arrival.
Products Not Eligible for Return:
- Opened or tampered packages.
- Products purchased more than 37 days ago.
- Discount or promotional items (unless defective).
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Before initiating a return, please contact our customer service team by email at support@thegaia.co.in or by phone at 9811701730 within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance.
Refunds
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return is approved.
Damaged or Defective Products:
